The Advertising Sales Associate position is a key role and is responsible for obtaining new business through cold calling, lead generation, and other prospecting techniques for our print and on-line advertising. This sales associate position focuses on growing business by developing and recommending advertising solutions that best fit the client’s needs, assists in developing advertising copy, initiates paperwork for ad processing, and follow through on ad placement and client satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have one year sales experience conducting cold calling. Strong interpersonal, verbal and telephone communication skills. Ability to effectively listen to, understand and document customer ad orders. Ability to achieve revenue, product and sales goals as assigned. Possesses functional computer/PC skills. HS diploma or GED.
